Acceptable Stay with Issues

helpful personnel convenient location

The personnel was polite and helpful. A supermarket is around the corner, along with a bakery.

I faced an issue with the room's air conditioning. It did not function as expected (which caused some discomfort ). This impacted my ability to rest well. The hotel should ensure that all room amenities work correctly.

comfortable bed friendly staff clean room small room stuffy room missing refrigerator

The room was clean. The bathroom was lovely (I was happy about that). I enjoyed the big windows, and the double bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly.

The room size was small, even for a room in a big city. The air conditioning was turned off, so the room felt stuffy. There was no refrigerator in the room.
